Aloha members of the Hawaii County Council, Mayor Kim, and Planning
Director Vuen,
I am writing to testify in favor of Bill 79, to establish a $10 Million
bond float to immediately protect important coastal and other lands.
As excessive and excessively rapid development increasingly overwhelm
the best of our best lands, this is an essential step to help save as
much as possible of what is left for the public good.
Please vote to pass Bill 79.
