aloha Councilman 7acobson,
1 support Bill 80 - That is requiring developers to go through the
public process of rezoning before agriculture zoned land can be
sub-divided for development for non-agricultural projects.
i support Bill 79 authorizing a bond issue to purchase and preserve
open space.
i support Bill 78 establishing a Public access, Open Space and Natural
Resources Preservation Fund.
1 believe that they are vital for the preservation of the quality of
life on the Big island.
