Re: Operating Budget
At the April 6, 2005 County Council meeting, Bill 40, which appropriated the General Fund's
Fund Balance, was amended to Draft 6 and then passed 2"d and final reading. Included in
the Draft 6 amendment was $7,140 for the Hawi Recycling Facility Upgrade project.
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance that amends the Operating Budget by appropriating
$7,140 to the Solid Waste Fund's Recycling Program account.

Management.

085.601.5604.21.115 Recycling Programs -Hawi 7,140
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED)•
Bill 40, Draft 6 was transmitted for the April 6, 2005 County Council meeting to include $7,140 for a Hawi
Recycling Facility Upgrade.
This request is to appropriate those funds in the Solid Waste Fund.
