Although it is premature to request an amendment, I feel strongly that we consider '
amending the above bill to eliminate the funding and the appropriation of expenditures
for the Marijuana Eradication program. The amendment eliminates Marijuana grants by
$472,500, reduces the Fund Balance From Previous Year by $57,200, while eliminating
Marijuana expenditures by $530,000.
The following amendment affecting revenues and appropriations to the expenditure
accounts are reflected below:
