Aloha! I'm the one who called Megan in the Kona Council office today
to find out where to send Committees' testimony. Since, I'd had an
email awhile back saying that this email addr. was only for Council
meetings, but that they/she/he forwarded my testimony to the approp.
Committee (of course, I've deleted that email). So, glad that is now
all cleared up. Do you actually print and distribute, or fwd. to the ;
chair of the Committee? ~ .

Anyway, here's my testimony for tomorrow (4/19) Planning Committee:
Aloha Co-Chairs Hoffman and Pilago, and Committee members!
Please support a resolution (Res. 68-05) asking that the proponents '
of the Superterry do an EIS. There is absolutely no reason that they
should be above the law and not do a complete EIS. We'll all likely _
be sorry later, if it isn't done now. _
