Funds for Research and Development will be used to prepare a study for the Rural South Hilo area to provide a
district vision in preparation for a regional community development plan for the Hamakua Coast area.
Funds for the Department of Parks and Recreation will he used to purchase and install an American with
Disabilities Act accessible water fountain for the Honomu Gym.
Funds for the Department of Parks and Recreation will he used to mitigate the health hazard caused by a mite
problem in the Honoka'a Park.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 67-OS and recommends its
adoption.
