Re: Bill 96 -Lincoln Park Improvements
Dear Chairman Higa:
Thank you for the opportunity to review and provide comments on ~i1196 to amend the
capital budget by appropriating $20,000 for improvements to Lincoln Park. I understand that
this money is to be used to purchase materials and fund part of the host of the construction of
anew pavilion at Lincoln Park. I also understand that a volunteer group will be assisting in
this project.
I have discussed this with the Department of Parks and Recreation, ,and they have no
objections to this worthwhile project. The necessary funds have begin set aside from excess
fund balance in Bill 40, Draft 6. Therefore, I support Bi1196.
Again, I thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on your proposal
