COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII RESOLUTION NO. 94 U5 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) WHEREAS, a $15,000 appropriation, which source of funds were received by Ordinance OS-51, will be used to provide security at the Kona Community Aquatics Center to protect the employees and Che community, and WHEREAS, a $10,805.50 appropriation, which source of funds were received by Ordinance 05-51 ($10,000) and the original balance of Council Contingency Relief account ($805.50), will be used for street lights in the Highways Division. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: FUND: General AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION: $25,805.50 OUT AND FROM: 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC-Contingency Relief $25,805.50 CREDITED 'f0: 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $15,000.00 Park Maintenance OCE (115) (Kona Community Aquatics Center-Security) 010.801.5801.38 Transfer to Highway Fund $10,805.50 Traffic Division Street Lights-District 8 (020.281.5281.32.115) BE IT FUIaT~IEIa RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and instructed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
