We have a 1140 interest in this parcel, TMK: (317- <br /> 3-005:101 located between TMK: (3) 7-3-OOS-111 and the county road on <br /> Ke'oke'o Street. <br /> We are requesting a resolution authorizing the acquisition of private <br /> property by eminent domain. We want to be assured of our release of any <br /> responsibility and/or liability regarding the condemnation of this property. <br /> This issue must be addressed before the County proceeds with Resolutior.~ <br /> 84-05. <br /> This letter shall suffice as our proxy, for we are not able to attend the <br /> meeting set for Tuesday, May 3, 2005. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this matter.
