Subject: KEOKEO - HOLU CONNECTION
We join with many other residents in the K~Keo street area m objecting to the creation of a
connector road W Holu Sired.
In addition tq tlto claims end documents recently made by Mary Ann Todd-Walker in her
wmmunications to you and others in the County government structure, we would like to add
three (3) more observations.
L To sdd emphesls to the dangero of a left hand tam from Keokeo on to Kaiminani, The nun is
impeded by a limited lint of sight toward oncoming traffic coming up dle hill A great deal of
caution is required in making thi9 turn.
2. Making a safe right hand tam from Keiminani nn to Keokeo is challenging. The slope of
Kaiminani and sometimes the speed of a driver, trnds to fume a vehicle into oncoming uaf#ic: in
the south bound lane of Keokeo. 'I'bis turn requires a drivers full attention and care.
3. We note that the County plans to open up five (5) connector roads to Kaiminani in a distanar

necessary overkill't If not, let's not waste County funds,
