RE: Bi1165 (Draft 2)
Enclosed is Bill 65, which was amended to Draft 2, and passed second and final
reading at the meeting of the County Council on May 4, 2005. The amendments to Bill
65, Draft 2 are as follows:
SECTION 2. Chapter 2, Article 27, Section 12-153, Hawaii County Code is amended to
read as follows:
(a) L
Semiannually, the County clerk shall prepare for publication
a loose-leaf supplement to the [~a~aii] Hawaii County Code. The supplement
shall contain all ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted subsequent
to the last revision, republication, or supplement to the [~au~aii] Hawaii County
Code.
