Sut investment in the <br /> protection of these resources has been grossly neglected ever since <br /> the County of ~lawaii received the right to collect and administer <br /> revenue from, I?eal I~rop~srty taxes. ~`he approva6 of Sill 7S is critical to <br /> provide a stable base from which to begin protecting resources islands <br /> wide. <br /> Please approve Sill 78 as written. Create this dedicated fund, and <br /> put the programs into motion. Sometin°~e in the future, it may be <br /> determined that the program needs to be altered in some way.
