Notice of Violation and Order (ZCV OS-012)
Violating Conditions of Ordinance No. 04-80 (Conditions of Rezoning)
Tax Map Key' 2-2-035. 073 Waiakea House Lots, Hawaii
Thank you for your letter dated May 2, 2005 informing us of the removal of the vehicles
and signage for Island Import C'ar Company, as well as ceasing use of the subject
property.
Our zoning inspector conducted afollow-up site inspection on May 5, 2005. It was
verified that all of the vehicles and the signage have been removed from the property.
Thus this Zoning Code Violation File is closed.
As indicated in our previous letter dated April 19, 2005, no further development is
allowed on the subject property without first obtaining Plan Approval. Please be advised
that in the future, if you violate Chapter 25 in the same manner as stated above, the
violation will be considered as recurring and will be subject to an immediate fine, up to a
maximum of $500 per violation. In addition, a daily fine maybe imposed.
