Subject: Bill 42, Draft 2
Per Vice-Chair Isbell's memo dated April 25, 2005, I am submitting the following
amendment to Bill 42:
On May 3, 2005, the Human Services and Economic Development Committee of the
Hawaii County Council convened as scheduled. Attached are the Committee's
recommended appropriations for the nonprofit organizations to amend Draft 2 for
inclusion in Draft 3 of the proposed operating budget for the fiscal year 2005-06.
Please note that the amount appropriated for HCEOC will need to be transferred to
Mass Transit, as was done last year.
