Subject: Bill 367
Dear County Council.
The Board of Directors of Alii Lani Condo (346 units) would like to go on record as opposing Bill 367.
It appears that 3 of the 6.9 acres are archeologically sensitive. Which means that the 92 unit condo would be built
on less than 3 acres when you factor in roads, parking and grounds. Tha appears to be very dense.
Please do not consider any building in Kona unless and until the roads are in place to accomodate the increased
traffic.
Thank you
Lillian Fox
