1 am writing to let you know that I wholeheartedly support Bill 78 to set aside two percent of Hawaii County real prope
tax revenues to be used for open space purchases on our Island. Unfortunately, I cannot attend tomorrow's hearing to test
in person, but I did want to express my support for this bill to you prior to the hearing.
