I was very concerned when I read in the paper that you are requiring an p~_ 3 D~_
Environmental Impact Statement for the new ferry. Coor~t~
I am not familiar with your reasoning but find it very difficult to
understand how this ship can be any different than the ships that dock here
4 or five times a week.
The ferry could be potentially the most dynamic impact on this island since
the jet airlines. The State legislators have waived this redundant law.
Please explain why you can't.
