<br /> I ask that you consider amending Bill 42, Draft 2 by unfunding vacant positions, which were unfilled on
<br /> the Budget Salary Reports since March of 2003. The Salary and Wages shall be reserved in the Council
<br /> Contingency Relief account for purposes of filling positions. A total of 20 positions will be affected for
<br /> $843,050. Also attached is a listing of those positions affected.
