Subject Bill 42, Dratt 2
I ask that you consider amending Bill 42, Draft 2 by unfunding vacant positions, which were unfilled on
the Budget Salary Reports since March of 2003. The Salary and Wages shall be reserved in the Council
Contingency Relief account for purposes of filling positions. A total of 20 positions will be affected for
$843,050. Also attached is a listing of those positions affected.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the expenditure accounts are reelected below:
