Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 90, reports as follows:
Bill No. 90, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 232,
dated April 19, 2005, amends Ordinance No. 04-74, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending
June 30, 2005. The amendment is as follows:

3609.1 l Transfer from General Fund Solid Waste $7,140
To:
085-601-5604.21 Recycling Program Solid Waste $7,140
(Hawi Recycling Facility Upgrade)
Bill 40, Draft 6, which passed second and final reading on April 6, 2005, included $7,140 for the
I~awi Recycling Facility Upgrade project. 'This bill appropriates those funds to the Solid Waste
Fund's Recycling Program account.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 90 and
recommends it pass first reading.
