I would like this communication of support for Bill 78 to be part of the public record regarding Bill 78. Bill 78 gives this island a swift, ongoing, relatively painless source of funds for our most precious asset "aina". Make the fund easy to add to at any time from any source (that could include many future fund sources). Hawaiians full time residents of the island of Hl--are hungry for land that belongs to the people who live here. Bill 78 provides a beginning source of public funds to buy this precious commodity. Maybe a piece of park Land with beach access could be earmarked for full time residents of Hawaii county-- admission by resident pass only, a wellness center on county land, parks and other lands for residents and visitors alike. The potential is endless when we purchase aina for the people. Mahalo for hearing me out. Margaret (Peggy) Spelman 808-322-3032 78-284 Manukai St. Keauhou,H196739 Comm. No. - o~ Ref.
