Subject: Land Conservation Fund
Dear Councilperson Higa,
I am writing to urge you to vote in support of Bill 78 which would dedicate
2% of property tax revenues to protect wild coastline and open space on the
Big Island. In this time of increasing development pressures we must act to
save these precious areas.
