SUBJECT: DRAFT RESOLUTION 'FO MODIFY THE SPECIAL FUEL TAX PROGRAM
Forwarded for your review and consideration is a draft resolution to exempt the County
fuel tax for biodeisel fuel. The tax is presently set at $0.022 cents per gallon. This
legislation would reset the tax at zero ($0.0).
