Subject: Bill 42, Draft 2
I ask that you consider amending Bill 42, Draft 2 by increasing the Salary and Wages of the
Department of Parks and Recreation by $17,034 and decreasing Transfers to Capital Fund by the
same. The increase will create a new Recreation Technician III 'h Time position for the
Kamehameha Gym in Nor[h Kohala.
The following amendment affecting appropriation (s) to the expenditure account (s) are reflected
