Subject: Bill 42, Draft 3 Operating Budget FY2006
I ask that you consider amending Bill 42, Draft 3 by creating a new Recycling Specialist 1
position to provide the necessary support for the County's recycling program. The amendment
would increase salary and wages and other expenses by $50,330 and decrease the Glass
Diversion Subsidy by the same.
