Re: Bill 112, Draft 2
Attached for review and transmittal is Draft 2 of Bill 112. The changes are technical rather than
substantive corrections. The bolded changes below highlight the changes from Draft 1 to Draft
2. The bolding itself is not included in Draft 2. Draft 2 has the following changes:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005, is hereby amended by
increasing [adding] the following [preject] appropriation:
PARKS & RECREATION:
Lincoln Park Improvements 20 000 30 000 {$4&000]
(Account Number 110.599.5591.78)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund-Fund Balance
and/or Other Sources $10,000
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
Section [3] 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
