ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 04-75, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2004 TO JUNE 30, 2005.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005, is hereby
amended by increasing the following appropriation:
PARKS & RECREATION:
Lincoln Park Improvements [$20,000] 30 000
(Account Number 110.599.5591.78)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund-Fund Balance
and/or Other Sources $10,000
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
