Subject: Bill 42, Draft 3 Operating Budget FY2006
I ask that you consider amending Bill 42, Draft 3 by creating a new Grants Specialist I position
tier the Department of Research and Development. The position will enhance grant development
and ensure compliance with the funding requirements. The amendment would increase Research
and Development S&W by $36,360 (SR-18) and decrease the Transfer to Capital Projects Fund
by the same.
