(24) "Liberty Pants" to the Hawaii County Fire Dep rtment; and
Wi~~R~AS, these firefighter "turnouts" or p otective clothing, with an estimated total value of $19,591,
will be used to support the volunteer fire program; nd
W€~~R~~R s, Article XIII, Section 13-12, oft a Hawaii County Charter provides that the Council, on
behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donation of personal property; and
