These firefighter "turnouts" or protective clothing is being donated by the Cooper Center Council, P.O. Box 1000, Volcano, Hawaii 96785, to support the volunteer fire program and they have an estimated total value of $19,591. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Fire Department. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): The Cooper Center, anon-profit, tax-exempt charitable organization, received a donation from the Gaspro Company of 14 "Liberty Coats" in assorted sizes, and 24 "Liberty Pants' also in assorted sizes.
