I understand that volunteers will be constructing the restroom and that the County <br /> funds, which will total $140,000, will cover the necessary materials and other costs. <br /> I have discussed this with the Department of Parks and Recreation, and they support this <br /> appropriation. The necessary funds have been set aside from excess fund balance in Bill 40, <br /> Drafr 6.
