SUBJECT: Approval of a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to
Execute the Agreement to Administer the Department of
Hawaiian Home Lands Rehabilitation Loan Program
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Agreement to
Administer the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands Rehabilitation
Loan Program.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
appropriation ordinance at its meeting on June I, 2005, and voted
as follows:
AYES: J. Arakaki, F. Holschuh, D. Ikeda, V. Isbell,
B. Jacobson, A. Pilago, G. Safarik
P. Hoffmann - 8
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: S. Higa - 1
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its June 15, 2005, meeting.
