Ms. Johanna Lriird staled that the purpose of her uming reyuest is to build a bed and breakloet ibr the disabled.

During discuvsion, Bob Koschill, representative of hamehameha Schools, stated That the existing roadway easement
o.+ned b~ hanlehameh;i Schools is going through the middle of Ms. Leaird's property, which would not allow her to
go li~ncard with heramstruction. In exchange for the existing casement, this bill would enable Ms. Lcaird to give
Kamchamchn Schooh a portion of one side of her property for use as its roadway casement.
