A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FRO10^# THE
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SA10'IE TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, a $3,340 appropriation will be used to fund the 3`d Annual International Children's Art Festiva]
administered by the Department of Research and Development.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount be
and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and instructed to forward a
copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance-and that the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized
to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
