This is to inform you that it is my intention fo engage your organization in a Civil
Suit because of your blatant disregard for the Hawaiian People. More specitic, the wilitul
destruction of the sacred site known as the Hale Nai'a .For the willful destruction of
several Hawaiian graves and the collapse of a sacred cave containing a sacred canoe.
It is also my intent to set up an International Boycott of your product known as
Spirallina. Your contempt and obvious prejustice against the Hawaiian People shall be
known worldwide.
You have 15 days fmm the receipt of this letter to respond_ Should you fail to do
so, failure shall serve as a welcome to engage in a civil suit and action shall commence.
