To the Honorable Council Chair Stacy Higa:
I support Bill 78 to dedicate 2% of our property tax revenues to protect wild coa$tline and open space on the Big
Island.
You and I have both lived on the Big Island for many years and appreciate the incomparable natural resources
that we need to preserve. I would like my grandchildren to have opportunity to enjoy our island heritage and our
island beauty.
