SUB.IECT: Cost Items, Excluded Managerial Employees
Dear Chairman Higa and Members of the County Council:
In accordance with Sections 89C-2 and 89C-3, HRS, attached for Council action is a resolution
authorizing the appropriation of funds to cover pay adjustments for excluded managerial
employees. These pay adjustments cover the period from July I, 2005 through June 30, 2007.
Cost items presented for your consideration are across-the-board increases, within range
progressions and bureau opportunity benefit incentives.
Attached as an exhibit to the resolution is a schedule showing the total cost of these various
adjustments over the t~ou~ear period.
