We have read the amendment and we find some points helpful,but two of the points in section
(b),# 3 and 4 has definately not been thought through!Any property owner should be able to fence
at his discretion,as long as he is reasonable towards other property owners.As to #4,how would a
large family possibly live in 3500 sq ft?
The council needs to go back and intelligently and
carefully consider the proposal.Please forward this
