Council Member Garv tiatarik asked Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerald ~fakase about the length
of lime the dedication would be in effect Mr. "fakasc answered that it would be Ibrevcr or in
pcrpcwi{c. In response to another- question about taking off the drainage casement. Mr. ~fakasc
replied that if the drainage casement was removed. the minimum tat size could not be met and the
IuLe would he considered nonconforming.

purpose of Rcsoluuon 92-OS and recommends its adoption.
