the Committee of the Whole to dis uss a draft Administrative Manual for the Legislative Branch which
would allow Council Members an pportunity to comment on applicable personnel policies and
procedures; and
Comm. 315.1: From Constance R. Kiriu, dated J e 21, 2005, transmitting portions of the draft Administrative Manual.

above address, (2) by facsimile to (808) 96-8912, or (3) by e mail to counciltestimony@co.hawaii.hi.us. Copies will be made and
distributed at the meeting when transmitted in a timely manne . In any case, both oral and written testimony will be considered public
record.
