APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC SAFETY AND PARKS AND
RECREATION AND DESIGNATING THE CIIAIR AND VICE CHAIR TIIEREOF
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIIE COUNTY OF HAWAII that, pursuant to
the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 6 (Committees) and Rule 7 (Standing Committees) of the Rules of
Procedure and Organization of-the Council of the County of Hawaii, the following members are hereby
appointed to the Committee on Public Safety and Parks and Recreation:
1. Gary Safarik
2. Fred C. Holschuh, M.D.
3. James Y. Arakaki
4. Stacy K. Higa
5. Pete Hoffmann
6. Donald Ikeda
7. Virginia Isbell
8. Bob Jacobson

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that Council Member Gary Safarik and Council Member Fred
C. Holschuh, M.D., be and are hereby designated Chair and Vice Chair, respectively, of said Committee
on Public Safety and Parks and Recreation.
