Drum Mayor I Tarry Kim, dated June 21, 2005, submitting the nomination of Diana
Miller o1~Council District 6 to the Hawaii County Environmental Management
Commission. A 10-year resident of Hawaii, Ms. Miller is currently employed with
the Department of Education as a substitute teacher and states she is a member of the
Democratic Party. If confirmed, she will serve a term to expire on Decemher 31.
2009, replacing Mr. David Frankel, whose term expired on Dccetnber 31, 2004.
