Attached for your consideration is proposed Bill No. 107, Drafr 2. The proposed amendments
include conditions and language used consistently in similar zoning bills.
Bill No. 107, Draft 2, also amends the following:
1. New Condition D is amended to prohibit the subdivision of the subject property
of more than two lots. This amendment is intended to keep the density the same
as an A-l0a subdivision based on Council Resolution No. 58-97, Drafr 3, and is
not intended to set precedent for higher densities other than A-10a.
2. Condition G (a standard condition for subdivisions below the 3,000-foot
elevation) is deleted because new Condition G which is a standard condition
required for elevations above the 3,000-foot elevation relating to a Forest
Management Plan to be included in restrictive covenants.
