RE: Resolution No. 104-03, authorizes the sale, in fee simple, of Lot 1, situated between Kailua-
Keauhou Road and Kailua-Keauhou Middle Road, at Holualoa 1" and 2"d, North Kona, Hawaii
The aibrementioned measure was heard at the Finance Committee meeting on September 16, 2003,
pending discussion between Mr. Tyler, P.A.T.H., Administration and adjacent landowners to possibly
use property Rx extension of bicycle/walking path and scenic overlook.
Pursuant to Section 2(g) oC Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of Hawaii,
this written request is submitted with my approval that the above-referenced matter be waived from the
Committee on Finance to the full Council for immediate action. In reviewing this matter, timely
approval is crucial. It is therefore advantageous that approval is granted and the matter placed onto the
next Council agenda for review. However, in the event this request is denied, for whatever reason, f
understand the matter shall be referred to the Committee on Finance for placement on its future agenda.
