Subject: Resolution 104-03, Draft 2, authorizing the sale land identified as "fax
Map Key: (3) 7-6-13:17
I move to amend Resolution 104-03 as follows:
1. Adds the second CiG IT FUR"I'HER RESOLVED:
'BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County of Hawaii desires that the new
owners accommodate the request for additional on-site parking, water and other
amenities for those that are using the historic Walua Road/Path."
2. I~he third BE I'I" 1'URTIIER RES~OLVI?D deletes "FURTHER" and replaces it
with "FINALLY."
"BE IT ~.~'-'oi°-.~;,°.UR] FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit
a copy of this resolution to the Honorable' Harry Kim, Mayor of the County of Hawai `i,
and William "Cakaba, Director of Finance."
3. The last sentence of the Resolution is amended to reflect the current date, "2005".
