Dear Chairman Higa and Councilmembers:
I just read in the paper that the County is planning on buying Wai'aha to ; ;
keep it for public use. I strongly support this move. Even though I'm not a
surfer myself, I enjoy watching the kids and adults out on the ocean having
fun. There are very few recreational options for the teenagers of Kona and
this is one of them.
