Planning will he held in order to examine physical considerations and hear public testimony regarding the following bills:
Bill 29 (Comm. 1116): Appliruu: Suffolk Investments, LLC. -amends the State Land Use Boundaries Map, I I-7 and I I-K
for the County of I lawai'i. by changing the district classification from the Agricultural to the Urban; and Bill 30, amend,
Section 25-R-i (North Kona Zone Map)_ Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code. by changing the
district dassilication from Agricultural - 5 Acres (A-Sa) to Multiple Family Residential (RM-2.5) al Puapua'aiki I'' and
Puapua`mnii I''. North Kona, I lawai'i, covered by Tess Map Key 7-5-17:19 (area approximately 14.R7 acres): and
Bill 31 (Comm. 107): Applicant: Puan Development, I,LC. -amends the State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-7 and H-K for
the Count} of Hawaii, by changing the district classification from the Agricultural to the Urban; and Bill 32, amends
Section 25-K-3 (North Kona Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code, by changing the
district classification ti~om Agricultural - 5 Acres (A-Sa) to Neighborhood Commercial (CN-20) at Puapua'ail.i I" and
Puapua'anui I North Kona, Hawaii, covered by Tax Map Key 7-5-17:1 (area approximately 14.973 acres).
