Aloha, Councillors:
I am writing to urge you to pass Bill 116 to give necessary
funding for acquisition Wai'aha Beach in Kailua-Kona.
This is one of the last publicly-accessible shoreline areas in the
Kailua-Kona urban area. It's use has grown and will continue to do
so as nearby building increases pressure on the shoreline and
near-coastal waters.
Once again, I hope that you will vote "yes" to Bill 116 and make
the protection of Honl's Beach a reality.
