From Mayor I tarry Kim. dated June 13, 2005, transmitting the above report Last
year, the Council authorized the issuance of $47 million in bonds (2004 Series A)
dedicated to road projects. Of U~is amount. $23 million was set aside lift Kona. phis
report includes projects funded with this bond issuance, as well as other ongoing
projects w ith other funding sources that arc expected to help al Icviate some of the
traffic problems in Kona. Lists the projects delineating funding sources, as well as a
description of each project.
