RE: Resolution Transferring Funds
This is to request your approval of the attached resolution
transferring funds from the Clerk-Council Repairs to Equipment
account to the Computer Equipment and Software account. The
additional funds would allow the Council to purchase laptops
and additional workstations to complete the hardware
requirements for the future computer system.
Thank you for your favorable consideration to this resolution.

RE: TRANSFER OF FUNDS
Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of
the Council of the County of Hawaii, this written approval is
submitted in regards to Resolution No. 115 relating to the
transfer of funds to be used for new computer equipment, waiving
said referral from the Committee on Finance in order that
appropriate action can be taken by the Council at its Special
Meeting on June 30, 1997.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable
that such waiver be granted.
